Once your order is shipped, you will get an email confirming the shipment of your purchase, together with a UPS/FEDEX/USPS tracking number. You could then track the status of your shipment. Also, you could find the tracking number by logging in to "My Account".
Yes, you can ship items to more than one address, but you'll need to place separate orders for each destination.
No, Inox Artisans cannot ship items to a P.O. box at this time. UPS requires a street address for all deliveries. Please make sure to enter a complete shipping address location.

No, generally Inox Artisans is unable to change the shipping address once an order has been finalized. You may email contactus@inoxflatware.com to see if an address change is possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

It is important to wash your flatware before you use it for the first time. Wash your flatware soon after eating, as prolonged contact with certain foods, detergents and mineral salts in tap water can cause pitting and staining. Inox Artisans are making a difference. It is eco-logical! To reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, we have designed a new 100% post-consumer recycled cardboard box without a plastic lid, replaced nylon tying cables with biodegradable twist ties, and we print with vegetable-based inks without lamination. To reduce our transportation footprint, we also significantly reduced the size and weight of the packaging itself.
